Dan + Shay brought warm, festive energy to the Tonight Show stage when the award-winning duo performed “The Cozy Song” from their highly-anticipated holiday record that arrived earlier this year. Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney delivered the performance on the late night talk show on Tuesday night (December 3).

“The Cozy Song” is one of 21 tracks that appears on It’s Officially Christmas: The Double Album. The massive collection includes original Dan + Shay music — including three that feature Smyers as a solo songwriter — and the duo’s covers of classic Christmas music. Other songs that appear on the record include “It’s the Most Wonderful Time Of The Year,” “Santa Claus Is Comin’ To Town,” “Officially Christmas,” “Holiday Party” and more.

“This is the cozy song/ Go put your house shoes on/ Go grab your favorite blanket/ And wrap it around your body/ Throw some wood on the fire/ Pour up your favorite wine/ Let it go down like candy/ Come fall asleep in my arms”

“This project has been a decade in the making, and we are so proud of every single note,” Dan + Shay said when they announced the long-awaited Christmas album’s release date. “We truly leaned into our love for the holiday season and think we found some magic in these songs.
