A 39-year-old guy near Cleveland called the cops last Friday after someone stole the baby Jesus from a nativity scene in his front yard. They also took three cow, donkey, and lamb figurines that were part of the set. And it may have been a prank, because they left something behind as well, according to The Smoking Gun.
He told the cops he found a Halloween tombstone decoration in their place, with "R.I.P." written on it. It's not clear if it was someone who hates Christmas, or just teenagers messing around. But police are investigating.
