If you've ever braved a weekend at Octoberfest in Lacrosse you know how the level of shenanigans that happens. It's often raining and gross but this weekend happened to be beautiful. So while everyone was in good spirits this young man finds himself in front of the law. Am I sorry for him? Not even a little bit, he knew the rules. But we're here to focus on the reaction.
