UFC: Fights May Happen on Private Island
Dana White may have found a way to bring sports back.
UFC head honcho tells TMZ Sports he's closing a deal to host fights on a private island.
He says he's already locked up the location for UFC 249, which starts April 18th, but he's keeping it top secret. He'll run fights there every week for two months.
Afterwards, he'll move the Octagon to the undisclosed island -- where he'll fly international fighters in on private jets.
White says that "every person involved in the fights -- from production staff to fighters -- will be screened thoroughly by a medical team before they will be allowed into the venue."
He adds that JoeRogan will still call UFC 249, despite rumors of the podcaster having "health concerns."
