Car with Minnesota plates caught hauling snowmobile on roof in Wisconsin.
According to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, someone driving the small red car had a Polaris snowmobile strapped to the top of the car, with the skis of the snowmobile sticking out horizontally over the left side of the car.
