You’ve likely heard the term “dream job” since you were a kid. But is it even a real thing? Almost half of adults don’t think it is, according to a new study.
Here's what the 2,000 participants said their "dream job" would include:
- Flexible hours
- Strong financial rewards
- Regular pay raises
- Good employee benefits
- The opportunity to travel
