We made one of the top 10 lists and (gasp) it wasn't in the friendly category.
"Travel & Leisure" posted its annual best cities lists. The best overall are Norfolk, Virginia . . . New Orleans . . . and Buffalo, New York. Norfolk was also named the most underrated city. New Orleans is the best city for food. And Buffalo is the friendliest.
Minnesota did make the list for underrated cities.
The big winners this year are Norfolk, Virginia . . . New Orleans . . . and Buffalo, New York. They made the top three overall, and also placed high in a few other categories.
