Looking for a laugh today? This should do it. Kelsey Hall is a student at the University of Alabama. For some reason, her mom sent her a Christmas tree costume. She snapped a photo of herself in this Christmas tree costume and said “1000 retweets and I’ll wear this costume to all my classes for the rest of the semester. ”
At the time, she only had 300 followers so she never thought it would happen. Well, she got over 19,000 retweets on the tweet.
According to Today:
She said, “I took this picture and thought it would just be funny to post, but I had no idea that I would actually have to wear this so that’s why I said I would wear it for the rest of the semester. I thought it was a very unrealistic number – the most retweets I had ever gotten was maybe 5.”
It's made for some hilarious pictures and videos floating around campus.
