Is the best way to accomplish your 2019 goals is to start with a "Dry January?" That's what a new study is suggesting...
According to the University of Sussex participants in their study who went a month without drinking reported having better sleep, weight loss, and sexual lives later in the year because they used the absence of drinking to their advantage.
80 percent of participants said they felt more in control of their drinking after going 30 days sober and you can apply this to any of your 2019 goals! As long as you can make it through the first 31 days of the year striving for your goal you'll continue working on it the rest of the year!
Now get out there and get that 2019 New Year's resolution done early!
