Felicity Huffman, you may know her from Desperate Housewives... and the news lately... was among 13 parents who pleaded guilty yesterday for their part in the college admissions scandal. Her husband, William H. Macy was never charged, and she has not yet been sentenced.
What did she plead guilty to? Paying $15,000 to give her daughter extra help on her SATs. She said yesterday in a statement that her daughter, "knew absolutely nothing about" it.
She continued to say, "I am in full acceptance of my guilt, and with deep regret and shame over what I have done, I accept full responsibility for my actions and will accept the consequences that stem from those actions."
Lori Loughlin and her husband pleaded not guilty yesterday.
