The marketing department at Bud Light has decided to buy FREE BEER for the people of San Antonio on Saturday at 8:00 P.M, which is the exact day AND time the cancelled Eric Church show was supposed to start.
If you haven't heard, he cancelled his show to attend the Tar Heels game with his family this weekend. (Full story here.)
Here's their announcement on Twitter: "San Antonio country music fans. We heard there was supposed to be a big event Saturday night that got cancelled. Come get a round on us instead at the River Walk."
Although some fans are understandably upset, I'm sure Eric will make up for the missed show with something extra special when it's rescheduled.
