National Donut Day is coming up on June 3rd and the Salvation Army is looking for local heroes to hook up with free donuts!
1. Nominate a person to recognize that is making a difference in the community. This can be a first responder, healthcare worker, teacher, church member, neighbor, friend ... any everyday hero doing good in the community.
2. Register to pick up a box of donuts to gift to this person. With your donuts you will receive a gratitude card to give with your donuts.
3. On Friday, June 3, pick up your donuts from your chosen location, and you're off to deliver them.
4. Be sure to snap a photo and share a quick story on social using hash tag #SADonutDay. We would love to read about why you nominated your person to receive a gift of sugary goodness so be sure to tag The Salvation Army North in your post.
