Most people know that their greatest weight is at the end of the day when everything that they have consumed is still in their body. But for whatever the reason, people tend to weigh the least on Friday morning.
If you like to consume alcohol and lots of food on the weekends, Sundays might be your heaviest weight days.
If you want your most accurate weight, take the reading from Wednesday morning.
All I know is that since the pandemic started, I've been weighing myself a lot less!
