People are freaking out because McDonald's is changing the way they are making their burgers. It's affecting their core burger lineup and when you are McDonald's with thousands of restaurants, it's a really big deal.
Everything is changing, including meltier cheese, more sauce on Big Macs and the way they do the onions. Instead of onions being added at the end and sort of sitting there, they will be added while on the grill for a more caramelized texture and flavor.
The buns will be softer, more pillowy and freshly toasted to golden brown.
They are also bringing back Hamburglar in a way that he has not been seen for some time.
