Feeling Stressed And Anxious, Go For A Run

I can speak to this from personal experience. Like so many people, I am anxious...often. Lately, it seems anxiety is creeping in more and more. One thing that helps, going for a run. It may not take the anxiety away but it sure does help! You don't even need to run fast or far- just get out there, go at your own pace and get your heart rate up!

According to mental health experts, when it comes to stress and anxiety, running can be the best medicine. Running boosts endorphins – those feel-good hormones we can all use right now – and helps to clear your mind. It’s also free. It allows for social distancing. It gets you outside and in the sun. And it boosts your immunity.
