Can setting aside some relaxation time every day make your hair go back to its normal color?

A new study from Columbia University just found that stress significantly influences when your hair goes gray, but having little to no stress can reverse your graying hair.

Researchers analyzed the individual hairs of 14 volunteers and found that there is a correlation between times of stress and times of graying in a person's hair. The even better part is that they found periods of relaxation correlated with hair growing darker to their original color.

Now this doesn't mean relaxing will completely prevent your hair from turning gray, but if you have one pesky gray hair, you can most likely make it go back to normal by relaxing for a little bit!
