LUKE BRYAN was accidentally kicked in the head by his stage manager last Friday in Phoenix, Arizona. Luke jumped off the stage to get rid of a smoke machine that was irritating his voice, and when the worker tried to help, his leg hit Luke in the head. He wasn't hurt.
