She give 5 tips that can elevate your speech and they include:
- Use Certainly instead of definitely
- Avoid asking "Did that make sense?" Use "What are your thoughts?" instead.
- Use use imperative or essential instead of important.
- Stop using "Kinda" or "kind of. Use "rather."
- Say "I believe" instead of "I think.
