Inflation Is Making More People Embrace The Idea Of Adult Hand-Me-Downs

Hand-me-downs ... Just because an item is used doesn't mean it isn't useful, and more and more Americans are OK with hand-me-downs -- especially with such high inflation.

According to a survey of 2000 people, 66% say that more than half of the items in their home, including furniture and appliances, were once owned by someone else. 75% say they're perfectly comfortable with buying used products to save money.

Americans are also now more hesitant to throw out items that still have some life left in them, and 20% say they experience significant guilt when they throw things away.

I have a group of people I offer my clothes to whenever I go through my closet. It's a fun way to give an item that's old to you a new life with someone else!
