Update On The Guy Who's Doing The "McDonald's Diet"

The Nashville man who set out to eat nothing but McDonald's for 100 days says his unusual weight loss regimen is working. 56-year-old Kevin Maginnis kicked off his unconventional diet last month and has only eaten half-portions of McDonald's menu items for every meal.

He's been chronicling his journey on TikTok and says he's already lost about 30 pounds in just five weeks. He hopes to shed 50 pounds when the 100 days are over. His wife, Melody, has seen the stunning results so now she, too, has started the McDonald's diet.

After the 100 days are over, Maginnis says he will have lab work done to see what effect, if any, it had on his health.
