Eddie Thinks Amy Has Been Scammed So Much That She Is Now Scamming Others

Eddie thinks Amy has been scammed so much that now she is scamming people.

She sent a text message to the show's group message saying "Hiiiii. we have a listener that's trying to adopt from Haiti, there's an issue fora bout 50 families so they created a petition. So can y'all take the time today to sign this?" along with a link. As soon as he heard the text message, Bobby said it was a scam just because of how it was written. He doesn't understand why she wrote "hi" and all that when she knew everyone in the group chat. Eddie echoed that statement saying it didn't sound like how she normally talks.

Amy said it was totally legit and the link goes to change.org which shows it's legit and not a scam. However, Bobby thinks she should have texted everyone individually and Lunchbox thinks she should have just said something in studio versus texting everyone the link without a heads up. Amy said everyone had already left the studio so she just sent it off and thought it sounded very much like her. Bobby doesn't usually agree with Lunchbox, but he did in this scenario saying she should have just waited and said something the next morning.

Bobby wasn't minimizing any of the real life issue of this listener and families having issues getting their adoptions finalized with Haiti, but the text coming from a person who gets scammed the most and that's how it was written, he sees why everyone thought she was scamming them.
