You may have heard me talk about it, but I am a decently big fan of The Bachelor/Bachelorette franchise. I only became a fan a few years ago, but my Monday's are dedicated to it. My husband, Matt is actually the one who got me into it.
So last night we were watching it, and Matt noticed the producers made a MAJOR editing error. To set this up, two guys got into it during the cocktail party, Luke P. and Garrett. As Hannah is giving away roses, it looks like the last two roses come down to Garrett, Luke P. and a few other guys. As you can see in the clip below, Hannah picks up the 2nd to last rose and it flashes back and fourth between Luke P. and Garret. After going back and fourth between the guys, the camera goes back on Hannah and she calls Garrett's name. BUT when the camera flashes back to Hannah, if you look at the table, you'll notice there were still 3 roses on the table, which means Garrett DIDN'T actually get the 2nd to last rose and he was probably never really in jeopardy.
As you can see in the clip, Matt was very proud of himself for spotting it.
Now, I realize the show is edited to make us feel certain ways about certain people, but if the producers are gonna do that, you'd think they'd be a little more careful when it comes to these rose ceremonies...
