A man went to a fast food restaurant in Massachusetts twice within a couple of days and both times said he received poor customer service, so he decided to write an email to the food chain. He actually heard back from the district manager of the particular restaurant he went to and what the district manager wrote was less than an ideal way to handle the critique.
