We are living in a weird world right now, which is giving us a lot of new slang terms. You've probably heard of the quarantine-15, but how many of these other ones have you heard of? BestLife put together a full list:

  1. Zumping: This is the breaking up via Zoom since most people can't meet up in person these days.
  2. Covidiot: This refers to people who are not taking the pandemic seriously.
  3. COVID-15: Eating a little more during quarantine? You're not alone. People are home all day, so they're snacking more and gaining weight as a result.
  4. Rona: This is just the shortening of "coronavirus"
  5. Coronacation: You've heard of a "staycation," where people take vacation at home, and this inspired coronacation
  6. Doomscrolling: This is scrolling through social media reading stories about how scary life is during this pandemic
  7. Quarantini: This is just a martini or alcoholic drink you have while in quarantine
  8. Zoom-Bombing: If you've been doing a lot of zoom calls lately, hopefully you haven't experience this. People are hacking into people's zoom calls and often shouting racist or offensive things.
  9. Iso: Short for "isolation."
  10. Coronials: They're saying there could be a baby boom in 9 months because of this pandemic, so the word for those babies is "coronials."
