The ACMs are April 7th, and the backlash from failing to have any female Entertainer of the Year nominees isn't going away! A lot of male artists have been asked about the lack of female presence in country music. This time it was Luke Bryan being asked about it in an interview on Buzzfeed's "Profile".
Luke said, quote, "I think it's always disappointing when women are left out of the Entertainer of the Year categories. It's something the country music community has taken note of, and women aren't truly getting represented like they need to."
He adds that all the female country performers have aright to speak up about it. He's also planning to do this part by inviting more women artists to be openers on his shows. Check out the full interview below.
