Remember last year when country music fans in Australia country stars like Luke Bryan and Luke Combs into doing a "shoey?" It's the act of drinking alcohol out of a shoe, or boot, or honestly some kind of footwear that can hold alcohol.
According to People, country music fans in Australia tried to get Kacey Musgraves to do it at her show in Sydney on Sunday and it was a hard pass for her. First she tried to be nice by pointing out that she was wearing open-toed shoes so it wouldn't work with her footwear. Then somebody offered her their cowboy boot, and that grossed her out. She said, "I'm not f***ing drinking out of your shoe. You could have athlete's foot or something."
Oh you think it stopped there... NOPE! The crowd then came up with the idea of her drinking out of a band member's shoe. That was the end of it for her as she said, "That's disgusting. I'm not f****ing drinking out of their f***ing shoes."
