They're also the ones when tickets go on sale, they buy a huge block and cause the ticket price to skyrocket! I guess enough is enough for Kip Moore! On Friday, Kip posted a video on his Instagram to let everyone know what he really thinks of ticket scalpers who are taking advantage of his special fan pre-sale for his upcoming fall tour!
