If you know me, you know that I love Mountain Dew! Over the years Mountain Dew has come out with a lot of different flavors. One of the OG flavors is Code Red, remember when that came out? Earlier this year Mountain Dew released their 50 flavor Dew to honor America, I had that one and it was really good! Now, Mountain Dew is coming out with another flavor called Maui Burst, basically pineapple-flavored Dew. Pineapples are a big deal in the Dubs house. My wife, my mother-in-law, my sister-in-law love pineapples. They would probably be a little upset if I didn't tell you that pineapples mean welcome! This new Mountain Dew might just be the new drink in the Dubs house!
According to Delish, the Mountain Dew Maui Burst is on sale now at Dollar General stores for $1! If you're wondering what this Maui Burst taste like there is an Instagram account called Dad Bod Snacks, great Instagram name and account that I now follow! Well, according to the account the the pineapple-flavored Mountain Dew is quote, "a mellow pineapple/citrus flavor that still holds true to the classic Dew flavor."
Another instagram account @hodgekaze says that the Mountain Dew Maui Burst is quote, "the pineapple is obvious but shares the stage well with the signature Mtn Dew kick and the 'other natural flavors."
