Watch | Kip Moore Takes Us Through His Fridge And Workout

Have you ever noticed that the majority of country artists are really in shape! Think about it, most of them are into fitness and I guess they have to be in shape with the amount of shows they do in a year. Believe me, if I was running around the stage singing and performing I would need a thirty minute break to catch my breath!

Well, Kip Moore let Men's Health into his home for their episode of Gym & Fridge. His workout routine includes free weights, dumbbells, and kettlebells. Oh he also works out in rock climbing pants... I think Kip is the only guy who can get away with wearing pants at the gym! His fridge is stocked with the contents of someone who eats healthy, there's eggs, avocados, tomatoes, and all-natural almond butter. Oh, when he has a cheat day, he says he'll eat a whole bag of M&Ms and even some old school fudge pops.
