Eminem's New Song 'Darkness' Is From Route 91 Shooter Point Of View

Eminem released a new album at Midnight called "Music To Get Murdered By," which is based off Alfred Hitchcock's album that's titled the exact same thing with similar artwork. One of the songs on the album is called 'Darkness.' This song might cause some controversy because, it's from the view of the shooter at the Route 91 Festival. Listening to the song is tough, but watching the music video is even tougher. You might be asking yourself, "Why? Why would someone make a song from that person's point of view?"

When I went to Eminem's website and watched the video I had tears in my eyes and there it was at the end of the video... multiple TV screens playing breaking news of all these shootings and the words, "When Will This End? When Enough People Care." Then the next words that appear are, "Register To Vote At Vote.Gov. Make Your Voice Heard And Help Change Gun Laws In America." For me, this song isn't meant to be disgusting or disrespectful, it's to shed light on what is happening in our world with gun violence. If you can watch it, the music video is below, it does contain the F-bomb and MF-bomb a couple of times, so if you're at work listen with headphones.
