This is a combo that I did not see coming! I could see if he danced on stage that his dance moves would come from these boy bands, but singing... didn't expect it!
During a recent interview with Prudential Center for their YouTube video series called, "Behind The Song." Luke Combs did grow up listening to '90s country artists like Travis Tritt, Vince Gill, and Alan Jackson, but according to the YouTube video Luke said, quote, "I learned to sing from the Backstreet Boys. [There's] no kid that's my age that wasn't listening to The Backstreet Boys or *NSYNC. I [also] listened to a lot of John Legend around high school time. "Learning to sing that stuff really honed-in my melody abilities. Those were the kind of folks I was listening to and singing . . . as far as singing stuff goes, that was who I was listening to."
