Every time I have gone into a Bath and Body Works to get an abundance of Flannel hand soap, the employees have always been helpful and nice.
A video surfaced on Twitter this past weekend of a Brawl breaking out between a customer and an employee at a Bath and Body Works. According to the the Twitter user @Gendenslow, the fight started because the lady in the video was standing very closely to another customer and they started arguing, so the Bath and Body Works employees tried to de-escalate the situation but the lady in the video wouldn't leave and started fighting the employees.
