I remember when Mountain Dew Code Red was the newest flavor and then they started coming out with flavor after flavor and the newest flavor will give you something to celebrate!
Apparently the word on Reddit is that Mountain Dew is coming out with a new flavor that taste like cake, called 'Cake Smash,' according to Delish. The hype around the cake flavor Mountain Dew started in 2019 when PepsiCo trademarked "MTN Dew 80 CAKE-SMASH." Well, on April 26, 2021 PepsiCo was granted their third extension on the trademark, which has lead many to believe there was a delay in the release of the new drink. Since the third extension was granted the hype around it has grown and there are even leaked images of the can which you can see below. We still don't know when the drink will be released so get your eyes peeled! I for sure will want to try this!
