Uh oh.
Apparently, TMZ has uncovered legal documents in which Sam Hunt's wife Hannah Lee Fowler claims that Sam is guilty of inappropriate marital conduct and adultery. The boilerplate code section states, "The husband is guilty of such cruel and inhuman treatment or conduct toward the spouse as renders cohabitation unsafe or improper."
What's also surprising is that the doc also says that they separated at the time she filed with the court, which was last Friday. Hannah is also asking for custody of their unborn child, alimony and child support. The couple hadn't announced the pregnancy. The baby is due in May.
