There's nothing like fishing in the Fall in Minnesota. The colorful foliage, crisp cool air, catching more of a buzz from your beer than catching fish. If you're looking for one of the best places to fish this fall, apparently it's right here in Minnesota!
According to Bring Me The News, booking site called FishingBooker says, "Bemidji is the best combo of the two worlds â you can find anything you need here, but the untouched nature is only a short walk away. Donât miss hiking along the Paul Bunyan State Trail and Bemidjiâs Itasca State Park. You can go fishing in one of the parkâs 100 lakes, kayak, hike, or simply bask in the peace. In the city proper, spend some time perusing Bemidjiâs Public Sculpture Walk or have a picnic in Diamond Point Park right next to the lake." The article also states that if you want to "Hook into Largemouth Bass, Walleye, Yellow Perch Northern Pike, Crappie, Musky, and the list goes on. You can fish from the local pier or directly from the shore, itâs up to you."
If you want the best of the best this fall it's Lake Bemidji, and also mentioned are Irving, Wolf, Plantagenet and Big Turtle Lakes.Â
