The State Emblems Redesign Commission has until Jan 1 to select a new design, and there were more than 2,600 citizen submissions for the new Minnesota State Flag! Some of the submissions are really good and then there are others that will make you laugh and a couple that are so bad they are good, and oh someone also submitted a photo of their dog!
