I had no idea this was the law....Under city and Minnesota law, it's legal for anyone to go topless. In Minneapolis people of all genders can be topless in public, but not in parks and parkways...until now.
State law on public nudity doesn't discriminate based on sex, describing indecent exposure occurring when someone "willfully and lewdly exposes the person's body, or the private parts thereof; procures another to expose private parts; or engages in any open or gross lewdness or lascivious behavior, or any public indecency other than behavior specified in this subdivision."
