Minnesota written driving test goes online this week!
The test for learners' permits and licenses will be available from anywhere via the internet.
Our daughter Ruby turned 16, but has to wait to get her Driver's License test months away (closed or open course). The backlog is substantial in Minnesota so we are hoping this move will help. Parents of new drivers, we feel your pain!
