If one of your favorite summertime activities involves a bicycle and nudity, you should plan a trip to Philadelphia. A new poll collected data from 200 cities across the country to find the best cities for naked biking. Based on nearly a dozen criteria, including things like naked biking events, local interest in nude cycling, and public nudity laws, the "City of Brotherly Love" is the best city for biking in the buff. Its annual Philly Naked Bike Ride in August attracts about 3,000 nude cyclists. Behind Philly on the list is Portland, Oregon; Seattle; New York; and Austin, Texas.
