This summer, the Francis Ford Coppola Winery is launching a live text tipline for expert advice on the perfect pizza and wine pairings. The Coppola Wine PizzaLine is in conjunction with the winery’s Perfect Your Pizza competition, where home cooks can share their pizza recipes and wine pairing suggestions from July 1st through August 31st, 2023. Four finalists will then head to Coppola Winery in Sonoma County, California, for a pizza cook-off to win a $25,000 grand prize.
