A man in Florida claimed he "accidentally" broke into a house where thousands of dollars in damages were inflicted. The homeowner came home and found David Randall Dominguez "dirty and shirtless" on his front porch and his window was smashed. After calling 911 the police arrived to find David pacing around is truck - he said it broke down at the scene. David told the police he accidentally broke the window to the house because he was drunk and fell through it, but the door had also been forced open. He was transported to the Suwannee County Jail and charged with burglary. (Tampa Free Press)
